Keeping the food fresh

Graze Boxes & Graze Tables

Graze Boxes - Food is best eaten within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend popping the food straight in the fridge on delivery - unless it’s going to be enjoyed straight away. Once removed from the fridge, the food can be kept fresh at room temperature for up to 4 hours.

Graze Tables - Food can be kept fresh for a maximum of 4 hours at room temperature in a cool spot out of direct sunlight. After this, simply wrap up and dispose of any leftovers - the entire display is 100% compostable.

Terms & Conditions

Before booking, please take a moment to read our T&Cs. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below (but don’t worry—they’re here to make things run smoothly for everyone).

Returns

Due to the fresh nature of our produce, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your graze, we must be informed within 2hrs of the product being received for us to assist you. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required.

Cancellations / Order Changes

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds once a deposit has been made. However, if you provide at least 10 days' notice of cancellation, we will happily move your booking to an alternative date or a refund of any payments (excluding the deposit).

Once a booking has moved, we are unable to move again and if then cancelled no refund of any payments will be made.

Customers can amend orders up to 10 days’ prior to the booked delivery/collection date. Beyond this, we are unable to process any order changes.

Date Holding

Due to the high number of enquiries, we are unable to hold dates until the deposit has been received.

Delivery

Where do you Deliver?

Our products are made fresh on the day and are extremely delicate. We hand-deliver to most parts of Bucks, Herts & Beds. If you are outside of our delivery zone, please contact us and we will do our best to help you!

Alternatively, you are more than welcome to collect from our bases at either Aylesbury HP20 or Pitstone LU7.

How does delivery work?

We generally try to get your grazer to you pre midday. However, if you notify us of a preferred delivery time, we will always try to accommodate you.
For bespoke grazing experiences we will arrange set up times with you at the point of booking.

Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?

Yes, the customer needs to be readily available to receive the product, then pop in the fridge if not grazing straight away. Delivery will be attempted by us, if no one is in, the product will be left in a safe space outside of the address. BettyAnnGrazing is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place.

What if my purchase is a gift?

The above still applies.

Food / Products

Seasonal Produce & Supplier Availability

As our produce is sourced weekly and garnishes can be seasonal, they are subject to availability and substitutions. Although most of our menus are fixed, there may be slight changes season to season. We may also face supplier issues at times and so cannot guarantee every product. We will always use an alternative or use more of another product to compensate. Please refer to our menu, as a guide to what you can expect.

Food Handling

It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you accept responsibility for discarding any leftover food after this set time. BettyAnnGrazing will not be held liable for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this period.

Dietary Requests & Allergies

Please notify of any allergies or dietary requests at time of booking.
Due to the nature of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free of allergens, even if requested.
